Working Out, Brenda Style

There's a short blurb at about how Brenda stays fit.

Brenda's new addiction is Bikram Yoga three days a week! It allows her to relax on the days she isn't hitting the gym with her brother. She also goes to classes with a friend sometimes and has a yoga date with her mom on the weekends. Brenda confesses:

"My mom and I make a whole day out of it. We have class, and then we eat, and then we do ice cream, always."
